Theatre at Prep
The Tri-Cities Prep Theater Arts Program is an integral part of the school’s mission of Catholic education, providing students with meaningful opportunities to grow creatively, intellectually, and spiritually through the performing arts.
Tri-Cities Prep’s new theatre program has seen exciting success. As a small Catholic high school, Prep offers a unique environment where students have abundant opportunities to lead and be featured both onstage and behind the scenes. The close-knit nature of the school and the performing arts allows students to take on meaningful roles in acting, directing, stage management, and technical design, gaining hands-on experience and confidence. The success of the fall show The Adventures of Sam Spade, recreation of a 1940’s radio detective drama, demonstrated the talent, dedication, and creativity of Prep students, setting a high standard for the program’s future.
Building on that momentum, the theatre program is generating excitement with the upcoming musical, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown. With the beloved “Peanuts” characters and energetic music, the production offers even more chances for students to step into the spotlight and take creative ownership. Many students will have the opportunity to be featured, grow as leaders, and develop their artistic gifts in a supportive, faith-centered community. Through theatre, Tri-Cities Prep continues to form our students —mind, body, and soul—while fostering creativity, collaboration, and joy
Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam — For the Greater Glory of God.
