Cost & Affordability

Tri-Cities Prep recognizes that not all families are able to pay full tuition. In response, the Board of Directors established Fair Share Tuition in 2017 to create a fair and equitable tuition model based on each family’s financial circumstances.

Tuition is based on a family’s usable income, as calculated using the Tri-Cities Prep Fair Share Tuition Estimation Worksheet (available in Spanish). The worksheet is designed as an estimate and does not fully capture extenuating financial circumstances. There is a place to note extenuating circumstances on the FACTS application.

• Families are asked to provide:
  • 1040 income plus non-taxable income
  • Family size
  • Partner school tuition (if applicable)
  • Notes on any extenuating circumstances

We strongly encourage families to complete the Fair Share Tuition Estimation Worksheet before beginning the FACTS application to determine whether tuition assistance may be appropriate.

Families seeking tuition assistance must complete the FACTS application as part of the enrollment process. The deadline for submission is April 17, 2026. If you are applying after this date, please contact Keegan Fifer at 509.546.2465.

Completion of the FACTS application is required to be considered for tuition assistance. The information provided is used by:
